相比单一结构功能的电动汽车充电站,充放储一体化电站融合了充放电、换电、储能、梯次利用的功能,因此对电站的调度提出了新的要求。文章介绍了充放储一体化电站的结构和功能,包括调度监控系统、充换系统和储能系统。分析了电网、一体化电站和电动汽车之间的信息流,结合一体化电站结构功能提出电站功率调度的核心思想,明确调度参数的定义及参数信息的交互过程,提出相应的调度算法及约束条件。针对我国目前电动汽车主要为公交汽车的特点,结合上海嘉定电网日负荷数据和该地区电动汽车示范园区内充放储一体化电站3个线路公交汽车的实际运营情况,对功率调度算法进行仿真验证,并与其他调度方法进行仿真对比分析,为充放储一体化电站的示范和商业运行提供了参考。

According to the characteristics of our country’s electric vehicles mainly for buses and buses, combined with the daily load data of Shanghai Jiading Power Grid and the actual operation of bus with 3 lines of charging, discharging and storage in the demonstration park of electric vehicles in this area, the power scheduling algorithm is verified by simulation , And compared with other scheduling methods to simulate and provide reference for demonstration and commercial operation of charging, discharging and storage integrated power plants.
