三种细辛挥发性成分的比较研究

目的:分析比较同一产地华细辛、毛细辛和铜钱细辛的挥发性成分。方法:采用固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱联用技术提取三种细辛的挥发性成分并比较其组分与含量。结果:从华细辛、毛细辛和铜钱细辛中分别鉴定出59、99和85种挥发性成分,鉴定的总峰面积为82.75%~99.07%。三种细辛中检测到16种共有成分,且这些成分的含量不同。此外,三种细辛均含有独特的挥发性成分。结论:三种细辛挥发性成分在数量和含量上各有差异,为毛细辛和铜钱细辛能否替代华细辛入药提供参考依据。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze and compare the volatile components of Hua Xia, Capillara fragilis, and Dioscorea chinensis in the same origin. Methods: The volatile components of three Asarum were extracted by solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and their components and contents were compared. RESULTS: 59, 99, and 85 volatile components were identified from Hua Xixin, Mao Xi Xin, and Dioscorea. The total peak area was 82.75%-99.07%. Sixteen common components were detected in the three Asarum species, and the contents of these components were different. In addition, three kinds of Asarum contain unique volatile components. Conclusions: There are differences in the amount and content of three volatile components of Asarum, which provide a reference basis for whether Capsicum and Poinsettia can substitute Huaxin for its use as a medicine.
