我院收治1例甲胺磷急性中毒致麻痹性肠梗阻,现报告如下。患者男性,29岁。以腹痛4小时为主诉于1988年9月3日入院。12小时后腹痛、腹胀难忍,并呕出胃液。肛门无矢气。T38.4℃,腹部叩诊呈鼓音,腹围增宽,肠鸣音消失。腹透示肠道均匀胀气,肠腔有多个液平面。WBC13.2×10~9/L N80％,L20％。K~+、Na~+、Ca~(++)、Cl正常,血淀粉酶、肝功能及EKG正常。经抗胆碱能药、胃肠减
