随着2007年监督体系改革正式启动,风险事件逐步融入到风险领域并引起了全行重视,究竟什么是运营风险、运营风险管理对象是什么,什么是风险事件,风险事件是否能被有效管理,管理风险事件有什么价值,风险事件管理仅在风险领域吗?……监督体系改革的成功实践证明,风险事件不仅能被有效管理,而且管理风险事件还有较高价值,其价值不仅体现于风险领域,而且还体现于流程改进领域、客户服务领域、业务发展领域。因此,对于风险事件需要多角度全方位的认识和管理,并要用发展的视角将风险事件管理价值融入和运用到经营发展中。
