根据某型飞机专用检测系统中脉冲干扰模块的校准需求搭建了校准系统,包括软件部分和硬件部分。软件部分基于LabVIEW平台,按照脉冲周期、脉冲幅度、脉冲宽度和脉冲时延4个模块进行设计,校准数据由数据库提供,最后根据校准结果计算不确定度并出具电子证书;硬件部分由各参数的校准仪器、接口适配器以及GPIB控制器等构成。通过自动化校准结果与人工校准结果的对比以及不同时间的自动化校准结果对比实验得知,该自动校准系统的稳定性与准确性满足使用要求,同时大大提高了效率。
The calibration system is built according to the calibration requirements of impulsive interference module in a special aircraft detection system, including the software part and the hardware part. Based on the LabVIEW platform, the software is designed according to four modules: pulse period, pulse amplitude, pulse width and pulse delay. The calibration data is provided by the database. Finally, the uncertainty is calculated and the electronic certificate is issued according to the calibration result. Calibration instruments, interface adapters and GPIB controller. By comparing the automatic calibration result with the manual calibration result and comparing the automatic calibration results at different times, it is learned that the stability and accuracy of the automatic calibration system meet the requirements and greatly increase the efficiency.
