内控安全管理属于内部控制,侧重于风险管理范畴。正是由于它的这种特性,近年来,在组织治理与风险管理过程中具有举足轻重的地位和作用。本文在总结人民银行近年开展内控安全管理工作的基础上,通过内控形势分析,研究探讨建立内控安全管理长效机制,巩固内控安全管理工作成果的思路。 Internal control safety management is internal control, focusing on risk management.
