语文教学过程和其他学科的教学活动一样是教师和学生组成的双边活动,共同完成教与学任务极其复杂的过程。在教学过程中,师生总是连续不断地相互起着作用。语文教师要把自己的本位工作搞好,除了应具备扎实的语文基本功、高深的业务修养之外,我认为在指导思想上必须树立三个基本观点,那就是整体观、联系观和动态观。 (一)整体观众所周知,教学过程是由教师、学生、教学内容三个基本因素所组成的。三者相互依存,是教学过程中的整体现象。离开了教或学任何一方,或有了师生而无教学内容(规定的教材)作媒介,就不成其为教学了。拿语文教学原则来说,虽然各家的提法不尽相同,可是至今为大家所公认的几条
The teaching of Chinese is the same as the teaching activities of other disciplines. It is a bilateral activity composed of teachers and students and accomplishes the extremely complicated process of teaching and learning. In the teaching process, teachers and students always play a continuous role. Chinese teachers should do a good job in their own work. In addition to having a solid basic knowledge of Chinese language and profound professional accomplishments, I think we must establish three basic concepts in guiding ideology: holism, connection and dynamic. (A) As the whole audience is well aware, the teaching process is composed of three basic factors: teachers, students and teaching content. The three are interdependent and are an overall phenomenon in the teaching process. Without teaching or learning any one party, or with teachers and students without teaching content (the required teaching materials) as a medium, it is not teaching.
