为了更合理地选取公路工程施工定额测定对象,针对目前定额测定对象确定时缺乏定量化方法的问题,在假定定额的测定对象均能满足施工要求的正常条件前提下,采用综合评价公路工程施工水平的方法对施工定额测定对象选择进行研究。从项目部、施工班组、施工现场条件3方面分析了项目施工水平的影响因素,在此基础上结合德尔菲法依据专家多次评分结果建立了包含目标层、一级指标及二级指标的公路工程施工水平影响因素三层次评价指标体系;分别采用主观赋权的IAHP法和客观赋权的粗糙集法计算得到各自的指标权重值,且基于此权重值建立了IAHP-粗糙集综合评价模型,利用组合权重对待选测定对象的生产水平进行定量化综合评价,并根据评价结果来进行定额测定对象的选取,提高了施工定额测定对象选择与定额水平评价的可靠性。通过某施工企业制定定额时,对能满足正常施工条件的7个项目采用IAHP-粗糙集综合评价模型进行实例验证,验证结果表明,综合评价结果能够较为准确地反映实际施工生产水平。

When a fixed value is set by a construction enterprise, IAHP-rough set comprehensive evaluation model is applied to seven projects that can meet the normal construction conditions. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation results can reflect the actual construction production level more accurately.
