概述了铸件充型及凝固过程数值模拟研究的最新进展。采用并行计算技术,对压铸充型模拟过程数值计算方法进行了改进。提出了用动态膨胀收缩累积法来预测球墨铸铁缩孔缺陷,在球铁件上进行了缩孔形成的模拟和工艺改进。采用有限差分与有限元相结合的方法来模拟铸件应力场。实现了有限差分温度载荷到有限元模型的自动转换与传递,并采用有限元法计算出铸件应力场。
The latest progress in numerical simulation of casting filling and solidification process is summarized. Adopting parallel computing technology, the numerical calculation method of die-casting filling simulation process is improved. The dynamic expansion and contraction accumulation method is proposed to predict the shrinkage defects of nodular cast iron. The formation of shrinkage cavities on the ductile iron is simulated and the process is improved. The finite element method and finite difference method are used to simulate the stress field of castings. The finite element method is used to calculate the stress field of castings.
