开展“教育均衡”理念下的初中英语教学均衡课堂探索的初衷是想让同一所学校里的学生、让同一个班里的学生得到均衡教育。老师通过问卷调查,可以了解不同层次学生的需要,了解他们所喜欢的教学方式。“教学均衡”课堂应该是包含两个层面的,首先,是教师的课堂教学设计是要面向满足不同层次学生的需要的。其次,“教学均衡”课堂必须是全体学生都参与的,要让所有学生都有事可做、有合适的内容可学、有展示所学内容的机会。通过探索,形成了英语“教学均衡”课堂基本模式,那就是用“教育均衡”的思想理念来贯穿预习(目标分层、合作学习)—展示(机会均等、扩散练习)—反馈(释疑解难、鼓励为主)—检测(形式多样、难易结合)—评价(纵向比较、促进发展)等五个环节,把课堂还给学生。在实施初中英语教学均衡课堂模式近两年的教学实践后,学生的整体英语成绩有了较大的提高。
Under the concept of “balanced education ”, the original intention of the classroom exploration of junior high school English teaching is to let the students in the same school make a balanced education for the students in the same class. Through questionnaires, teachers can understand the needs of students at different levels and understand their favorite teaching methods. “Classroom equilibrium ” classroom should be composed of two levels, first of all, the teacher’s classroom teaching design is to meet the needs of students at different levels. Second, classroom teaching must be done by all students, with all students having something to do, the right content to learn and the opportunity to show what they have learned. Through exploration, the basic model of classroom teaching of English “balanced teaching” has been formed, which is to use the idea of “balanced education” to preliminarily study (target stratification and cooperative learning) - demonstration (equal opportunity and diffusion practice) - feedback (Solving Difficulties, Encouraging Maintaining) - Testing (Various Forms, Difficult to Combine) - Evaluating (Vertical Comparison, Promoting Development) and other five sessions to return the class to students. In the implementation of the English teaching in junior high school classroom teaching mode nearly two years of teaching practice, the students overall English scores have been greatly improved.
