福建省有关部门今年内将重点做好清 理对外资企业的收费、落实外商投诉条例、完善投诉中心等一系列工作,以进一步改善该省投资“软”环境,吸引更多外商前来投资。 日前,福建省在福州召开了全省改善外商投资“软”环境工作会议,部署了今年改善“软”环境的新动作:对涉及外资企业的各种收费进行清理,并推广一个窗口收费的做法:继续完善外商投资企业登记制,同时大力推广联审制和“一幢楼”办公等制度以提高办事效率;试行外商投资审批否决报备 Relevant departments in Fujian Province will focus on cleaning up fees and charges for foreign-funded enterprises, implementing foreign complaints regulations and improving complaint centers so as to further improve the province’s investment in a “soft” environment and attract more foreign investors.
