本文介绍了等离子渗碳的基本原理及其特点。较详细的介绍了ＺＬＣＤ－６５－５０型真空等离子渗碳炉的主要技术参数及其结构特点，以及工艺参数的控制与选择范围。并介绍了该设备的重要部件阴极输电装置，及用丙酮－氨气作为渗剂的等离子渗碳工艺方法。
This paper introduces the basic principles and characteristics of plasma carburizing. The main technical parameters and structural features of ZLCD-65-50 vacuum plasma carburizing furnace are introduced in detail. The range of control and selection of process parameters is also introduced. The cathode power transmission device, an important part of the equipment, and the plasma carburizing process using acetone - ammonia as penetration agent are introduced.
