目的:研究布渣叶水提物的镇痛作用,为临床用药提供科学的理论依据。方法:采用小鼠热板法和冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应,观察布渣叶水提物高剂量组(23.4g/kg)、中剂量组(11.7g/kg)、低剂量组(5.85g/kg)对疼痛的抑制作用,并设空白对照组比较。结果:布渣叶水提物各剂量组均能抑制小鼠因热刺激所引起的疼痛反应;而高、低剂量组能抑制小鼠因化学刺激所引起的疼痛反应,与空白对照组比较差异有显著性。结论:布渣叶水提物具有较好的镇痛作用。
Objective: To study the analgesic effect of water extract of bauxite, and provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical drug use. METHODS: Mouse hot plate method and acetic acid-induced writhing reaction were used to observe the high dose of water extract (23.4g/kg), middle dose group (11.7g/kg), low dose group (5.85) g / kg) inhibition of pain, and set the blank control group. RESULTS: All doses of water extract from the leaves of schneiderica leaves could inhibit the pain response induced by thermal stimulation in mice. However, the high and low dose groups could inhibit the pain response caused by chemical stimuli in mice. The differences were compared with the blank control group. There is significantness. Conclusion: The water extract of cloth residue has better analgesic effect.
