记得大学毕业我的老师为我送行时赠我的一句话是:“教学的最高境界是教研。”我铭记心间。从教学的第一天起,我就立志在教学中教研,以教研促教学。有心栽花花更美。十余年来,我在省内外刊物发了几十篇文章,获得几次论文奖,现在成为重庆市中语研究会最年轻的理事。作为青年教师,从事教研工作,也真可谓“十年辛苦不寻常”:为了使同龄的同仁们在教研中少走弯路,挤时间撰文谈一谈雏鹰起飞——青年教师教研的起步问题。一、尽快建立“飞机型知识结构”。林明榕同志在《创造型人才的飞机型知识结构》(见《祝您成才》1980年11—12月合刊)一文中介绍的“飞机型知识结构”,同样适合从事语文教研的同仁。请看下图:
I remember that my teacher gave me a message when I sent him off: “The highest level of teaching is teaching and research.” I remember the heart. From the first day of teaching, I decided to teach and research in teaching, teaching and research to promote teaching. Dedicated flowers are more beautiful. For more than ten years, I have issued dozens of articles in and out of the province and obtained several paper awards. Now I have become the youngest director of the Chongqing Chinese Language Research Society. As young teachers, engaging in teaching and research work can be described as “a decade of hard work and unusual”: In order to reduce the number of detours in the teaching and research of peers of the same age, it is time to write an article about the take-off of young eagles – the starting point of young teachers’ teaching and research. First, establish an “aircraft knowledge structure” as soon as possible. Comrade Lin Mingtong’s “Aircraft-based Knowledge Structure” described in the article “Aircraft-based Knowledge Structure for Creative Talents” (see “I wish you a successful” from November to December 1980) is equally suitable for colleagues in language teaching and research.
