为了提高模具耐磨性能和板料的成形性能,并精确控制模具表面毛化形貌尺寸,采用灯泵浦Nd:YAG激光器,运用单因素轮换法,进行了系统的激光毛化工艺试验。对激光脉冲参数(泵浦电压、脉冲宽度、离焦量等)与模具表面主要形貌参数(凹坑直径、凸肩直径、凸肩高度及凹坑深度)的影响规律作了进一步的研究。结果表明,单脉冲能量的大小及作用时间是形成精确尺寸球冠状微凸形貌的关键因素。
In order to improve the wear resistance of the mold and the forming performance of the sheet, and to precisely control the size of the burrs on the surface of the mold, the system of laser texturing test was carried out by using the lamp-pumped Nd: YAG laser and the single factor rotation method. The influences of laser pulse parameters (such as pump voltage, pulse width and defocusing amount) on the main surface morphology parameters (pit diameter, shoulder diameter, shoulder height and pit depth) were further studied. The results show that the size and duration of single-pulse energy are the key factors for the formation of spherical crowns with precise dimensions.
