目的:探讨雌激素受体(ER)、C-erbB-2、P-糖蛋白(P-gp)在乳癌的表达与腋淋巴结转移之间的相互关系。方法:利用免疫组织化学方法,检测了107例乳腺癌根治标本中ER、C-erbB-2、P-gp的表达。结果:ER、C-erbB-2、P-gp阳性表达率分别为55.14%(59/107)、87.13%(87/107)、20.56%(22/107);ER表达与淋巴结转移呈负相关,与C-erbB-2表达呈正相关,与P-gp表达无相关性;C-erbB-2与淋巴结转移呈正相关,与P-gp表达无相关性;P-gp与淋巴结转移无明显相关性。结论:乳腺癌组织中ER、C-erbB-2与淋巴结转移有关,P-gp与耐药有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of estrogen receptor (ER), C-erbB-2 and P-glycoprotein in breast cancer and axillary lymph node metastasis. Methods: The expressions of ER, C-erbB-2 and P-gp in 107 specimens of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rates of ER, C-erbB-2 and P-gp were 55.14% (59/107), 87.13% (87/107) and 20.56% (22/107) respectively. The expression of ER was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis , Which was positively correlated with the expression of C-erbB-2 and had no correlation with the expression of P-gp. There was no correlation between the expression of C-erbB-2 and lymph node metastasis, P-gp and lymph node metastasis . Conclusion: ER and C-erbB-2 in breast cancer are related to lymph node metastasis. P-gp is associated with drug resistance.
