以赵楼煤矿井下回采工作面、掘进工作面风流干球温度、湿球温度、流量及气压的实测数据为依据,分析其在降温系统运行前后的分布、变化规律,得出潜热占到井下降温冷负荷的80%以上;对单位体积风流而言,回采工作面散热量占到井下降温冷负荷的50%以上等结论。进而阐述了煤矿井下机械降温工程设计的一些要点。
Based on the measured data of the airflow, the dry bulb temperature, the wet bulb temperature, the flow and the air pressure in the underground coal mining face and the working face of ZhaoLou Coal Mine, the distribution and variation regularity before and after the cooling system is analyzed, Cooling load of more than 80%; unit volume of wind, the mining face heat dissipation cooling borehole cooling accounts for more than 50% of the conclusions. Then elaborated some key points of coal mine mechanical cooling project design.
