盾构隧道施工中,提前预测隧道开挖引起的地层及邻近建筑变形对于减少施工对既有建筑的危害是必要的。本文从实用且快速评估的角度出发,提出基于FLAC2D数值方法的地层损失率研究,在模拟盾构隧道开挖过程中引入地层损失的概念,简化开挖步骤,充分考虑了隧道开挖引起的地层与邻近建筑的变形效应。经实例验证,该方法行之有效,且针对武汉某隧道下穿断面,提出地层损失率控制在2%以内,开挖顺序为C/B/A的最优施工方案。
In the construction of shield tunnels, it is necessary to predict in advance the deformation of the strata and adjacent buildings caused by tunnel excavation in order to reduce the damage to the existing buildings during construction. In this paper, from the perspective of practical and rapid assessment, this paper presents a study of formation loss rate based on FLAC2D numerical method, introducing the concept of formation loss in the process of simulating shield tunneling, simplifying the excavation steps, fully considering the formation caused by tunnel excavation Deformation effect with neighboring buildings. The method is validated by an example. According to the cross-section of a certain tunnel in Wuhan, the optimal construction plan of C / B / A is proposed with the control of formation loss rate within 2% and the excavation sequence of C / B / A.
