目的探讨输卵管妊娠药物介入治疗的可行性。方法利用输卵管介入再通装置，对对削输卵管妊娠患者输卵管内一次性注入MTX30～50mg，然后对治疗效果进行观察。结果：19例患者获得成功，1例失败行手术治疗。结论对病灶小于5cm的输卵管妊娠，向病侧输卵管内注入MTX30－50mg有肯定疗效。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of tubal pregnancy drug intervention. Methods The tubal interventional recanalization device was used to treat 30-50 mg of MTX into the fallopian tubes of patients with inguinal tubal pregnancy, and then the therapeutic effect was observed. RESULTS: Nineteen patients were successful and one failed surgery. Conclusion tubal lesions less than 5cm, the tubal injection of MTX30-50mg have a positive effect.
