断裂力学是研究裂纹扩展的应用力学。它以承认构件内存在裂纹为前提,突破了材料力学关于材料均质连续各向同性的假说,对于“韧性”这个过去含糊不清的概念给予了科学的定义并且实现了定量化。从五十年代建立以来得到蓬勃发展,近年来其应用范围迅速扩展到各个领域。目前一些国家也已应用断裂力学方法来分析轧钢方面的一些课题,本文仅就1972年以来,日本、美国、苏联有关杂志上发表的文章,简要介绍以下三个方面的部分成果和动态:(1)轧辊断裂分析;(2)辊道辊子断裂分析;(3):改善轧制产品的断裂韧性。
Fracture mechanics is the applied mechanics of crack propagation. It admits the existence of cracks in the component as a prerequisite, breaking the mechanics of material homogeneous continuous isotropic hypothesis, for the “toughness” of the past vague concept to give a scientific definition and to achieve quantitative. It has flourished since its establishment in the 1950s and its scope of application has rapidly expanded in all fields in recent years. At present, some countries have also applied the method of fracture mechanics to analyze some issues in steel rolling. This article only presents articles published in magazines of Japan, the United States and the Soviet Union since 1972, and briefly introduces some achievements and developments in the following three aspects: (1 ) Roller fracture analysis; (2) roller roller fracture analysis; (3): to improve the fracture toughness of rolled products.
