在实验室条件下,对褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens (St(?)l)广西龙州、广东新会、湖北九宫山、湖北监利等4个地理种群的生物型、取食量、飞行能力及对杀虫剂的敏感性进行比较。结果表明,4个地理种群均是生物型Ⅱ的优势种群,其中龙州种群内还含有少量孟加拉型个体,其平均取食量差异不显著;平均飞行速度和最大飞行能力相互接近,但在平均持续飞行能力上,九宫山种群和监利种群明显强于龙州种群和新会种群;对甲胺磷和扑虱灵的天然敏感性种群间无明显差异。
Under laboratory conditions, the biotypes, food intake, flight capacity and aerobic capacity of Nilaparvata lugens (St (?) L), four geographical populations of Longzhou in Guangxi, Xinhui in Guangdong, Jiugong Mountain in Hubei and Jianli in Hubei Province, The sensitivities of the agents were compared. The results showed that four geographical populations were the dominant species of biotype Ⅱ. Among them, a small number of Bengal individuals were also found in Longzhou population, with no significant difference in average feed intake. Average flight speed and maximum flight capability were close to each other, The ability of continued flight, Jiugongshan and Jianli populations were significantly stronger than the Longzhou and Xinhui populations; there was no significant difference between the naturally sensitive populations of methamidophos and bupropion.
