目的:对水提雪灵芝粗多糖进行分离纯化并对其结构进行了初步分析。方法:采用DEAE-Sephadex A-25纤维素离子交换柱色谱、Sephadex G-75葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱进行分级纯化;以红外色谱和气相相色谱法进行结构分析。结果:纯化得到两个回收率较高的雪灵芝多糖组分MAP1-B和MAP4-A;MAP1-B和其鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡葡糖、D-半乳糖的摩尔比分别为:0.27:0.20:0.29:1.0:0.85:0.73;0.37:0.4:0.41:1.0:0.68:0.86。结论:为雪灵芝多糖的开发应用提供了一定的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and purify crude polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum by water extraction and analyze its structure. METHODS: Fractional purification was performed using DEAE-Sephadex A-25 cellulose ion-exchange column chromatography and Sephadex G-75 Sephadex column chromatography. The structures were analyzed by infrared and gas chromatography. RESULTS: Purified two Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide components MAP1-B and MAP4-A with high recovery rate; MAP1-B and its rhamnose, arabinose, xylose, mannose, glucosamine, and D-galactose The molar ratios were: 0.27:0.20:0.29:1.0:0.85:0.73; 0.37:0.4:0.41:1.0:0.68:0.86. Conclusion: It provides a scientific basis for the development and application of polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum.
