改革开放以来,中国的家族企业经历了复活、发展、壮大、成熟四个阶段。在这三十几年的成长过程中,家族企业表现出了强大的生命力和巨大的影响力。本文利用辩证唯物主义分析方法解释分析了家族企业在改革开放后各个阶段企业文化的发展特征,解决家族企业文化构建过程的问题,探寻新时期促进家族企业发展的企业文化新模式。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s family-owned enterprises have experienced four stages of resurrection, development, growth and maturity. In these thirty years of growth, the family business has shown great vitality and great influence. This paper uses the dialectical materialism analysis method to explain and analyze the characteristics of the development of family-owned enterprises at all stages after the reform and opening up, to solve the problem of the family-owned business culture construction and to explore a new model of corporate culture to promote the development of the family-owned business in the new era.
