目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定手术室空气中顺铂的方法。方法手术室空气中的顺铂用微孔滤膜和吸收液分别采集,微孔滤膜用浓硝酸消解,吸收液直接稀释后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定。结果该方法检出限为4.34×10~(-3)μg/L,加标回收率为92.6%~98.0%,相对标准偏差为0.83%~4.31%,微孔滤膜采样法最低检出浓度为0.010×10~(-3)mg/m~3,吸收液采样法最低检出浓度为0.024×10~(-3)mg/m~3。结论该方法简便、快捷、准确且灵敏度高,可用于手术室空气中顺铂的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of cisplatin in the air of operating room by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods Cisplatin in the air of the operating room was collected with microporous membrane and absorbent. The microporous membrane was digested with concentrated nitric acid. The absorbent was directly diluted and determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Results The detection limit of this method was 4.34 × 10 -3 μg / L, the recoveries were 92.6% -98.0%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.83% -4.31%. The lowest detection concentration by microporous membrane sampling Was 0.010 × 10 ~ (-3) mg / m ~ 3, and the lowest detection limit was 0.024 × 10 ~ (-3) mg / m ~ 3. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive and can be used for the detection of cisplatin in the air of operating room.
