选用这样的一个题目,是笔者多年前的同事给我的启发,一次这位老教师做我的公开课评委,在评了我的课后,说了一句玩笑,意思是“小陈老师带着学生在课上玩,却玩出了一等奖”。可能用“玩”这个字会让人觉得有些不太理解,可思来想去又没有更好的字来替代。审视我国当今的中小学音乐课堂正发生着积极的变化,呈现出生机与活力。但仍有相当一部分的课堂存在着教师理念陈旧、方法落后、不敢放手、学生被“捆绑”等现象。
