将肠必清处方药物提取物中总番泻甙氧化、水解成总蒽醌甙元，以1，8一二羟基蒽醌为对照品，采用紫外分光光度法测定总蒽醌的含量，结果表明,’处方中辅佐药对其测定方法无干扰；30％乙醇回流提取浓缩液的喷雾干燥浸膏粉总蒽醌加样回收率为98.70±0.93％（n=5）。该方法较为简单，可参照作为该制剂的内控质量方法。
Total saponin of Changbai Qing Prescription Drugs was oxidized and hydrolyzed into total anthraquinone aglycone. The content of total anthraquinone was determined by UV spectrophotometry with 1,8-dihydroxyanthraquinone as reference substance. The results showed that , ’Prescription adjuvant on its determination of the method without interference; 30% ethanol reflux concentrate spray spray dried extract total anthraquinone sample recovery was 98.70 ± 0.93% (n = 5). The method is relatively simple and can refer to the internal control quality method of the preparation.
