点火线圈发生故障时,必将影响发动机的正常工作。点火线圈是不修理的,当查明确有故障时即更换,因此,关健在于能否确切查明线圈的故障和可能引起故障的原因。点火线圈的故障有的较易诊断,而有的就不易查明。本文就点火线圈可能产生的主要故障提出粗浅的看法,以供读者参考。点火线圈的主要故障有: (1)初级线圈断路、短路、搭铁或绝缘不良; (2)次级线圈断路、短路、搭铁或绝缘不良; (3)初级与次级绕组线匝间短路或绝缘不良引起击穿漏电。下面就将上述各种故障情况分别进行讨论: 1.初级或次级绕组断路:当初级线圈断路时,低压电流无法通
