本文介绍了缺口冲击试验的负荷-时间和负荷-挠度曲线之间的关系,韧性断裂、混合断裂和脆性断裂的负荷-时间曲线。断口结晶斑点的鉴定及负荷在迅速破裂开始和中止时的影响。对裂纹时间、裂纹速度、负荷变化速度和裂纹中止温度的测定。试验采用西德材料检验协会(DVM)和国际标准化协会(ISO)规定的夏比试样(以下简称DVM和ISO试样),材质为含有0.14％C、0.21％Si、0.41％Mn的St37-3和含有0.19％C、0.36％Si、1.39％Mn的St52-3特殊镇静钢。
This paper presents the relationship between load-time and load-deflection curves of notched impact tests, load-time curves of ductile, mixed and brittle fractures. Identification of crystal fractographs and the effect of load on the onset and termination of rapid rupture. Crack time, crack velocity, load change rate and crack stop temperature determination. Tests were carried out on Charpy samples (hereinafter referred to as DVM and ISO samples) specified by the Society for the Testing of Materials (DVM) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), made of St37- 3 and St52-3 special killed steel containing 0.19% C, 0.36% Si, 1.39% Mn.
