目的建立太白米中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色,在504 nm波长处比色法测定太白米中总黄酮的吸光度。结果采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量时,在0.008～0.048 mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均回收率99.77%,RSD=1.76%。结论所用方法简便、准确,可以作为太白米总黄酮含量测定的检测方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids in Taibai rice. Methods Rutin was used as a reference substance and its color was determined by NaNO2-Al (NO3) 3-NaOH. The absorbance of total flavonoids in rice was determined by colorimetry at 504 nm. Results When the content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry, the linearity was good (r = 0.999 4) in the range of 0.008-0.048 mg / mL with the average recovery of 99.77% and RSD of 1.76%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, which can be used as a method for the determination of total flavonoids in rice.
