目的探究气滞胃痛颗粒联合曲美布汀对反流性食管炎(reflux esophagitis,RE)患者血清胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、胃动素(motilin,MOT)水平变化及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年7月—2017年4月收治的RE患者84例,根据治疗方案分为对照A组、对照B组、观察组,各28例。对照A组予以气滞胃痛颗粒治疗,对照B组予以曲美布汀治疗,观察组予以气滞胃痛颗粒联合曲美布汀治疗。比较三组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、血清GAS及MOT水平,采用胃食管反流病-生活质量问卷量表(GERD-HRQL)评估对比治疗前后三组生活质量。计量资料多组间比较采用单因素方差分析,两两比较采用LSD-t检验,计数资料比较采用χ2检验,等级资料比较采用秩和检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.43%)高于对照A组(67.86%)、对照B组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清GAS及MOT水平高于对照A组、对照B组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组GERD-HRQL评分低于对照A组、对照B组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论气滞胃痛颗粒联合曲美布汀治疗RE患者疗效显著,可提高血清GAS、MOT水平,改善患者生活质量,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the effects of qi stagnation granule combined with trimebutine on the changes of serum gastrin (GAS), motilin (MOT) and quality of life in patients with reflux esophagitis (RE). Methods Eighty-four RE patients admitted from July 2015 to April 2017 were divided into control group A, control group B and observation group, 28 cases in each group. The control group A was treated with qi stagnation granule, the control group B was treated with trimebutine, and the observation group was treated with qi stagnation granule and trimebutine. The clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions, serum GAS and MOT levels were compared among three groups. The quality of life of the three groups before and after treatment was evaluated by GERD-HRQL. Measurement data were compared between groups by one-way ANOVA, pairwise comparisons using LSD-t test, count data were compared using χ2 test, grade data using rank sum test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The total effective rate (96.43%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group A (67.86%) and the control group B (71.43%) (all P <0.05) (P <0.05). After treatment, the GERD-HRQL score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group A and the control group B (all P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant ). Conclusion Qi stagnation stomach pain particles combined with trimebutine therapy in patients with RE significant effect, can increase serum GAS, MOT levels, improve patient quality of life, high safety.
