目的观察兔眼外伤性白内障后房型人工晶状体(PCIOLs)植入术后晶状体表面纤维蛋白膜的病变特征及规律。方法9只青紫蓝兔分为3组。术后1、7、14d摘除人工晶状体,作光镜和扫描电镜检查,采用SAS软件包,对统计资料作方差分析。结果纤维蛋白厚膜术后d1最明显,定位孔膜d7最明显。薄膜d14最明显,差异有显著性。结论纤维蛋白膜形成的原因可能是人工晶状体刺激、血—房水屏障破坏和免疫反应所致
Objective To observe the lesion characteristics and regularity of fibrin membrane on lens surface after traumatic cataract with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in rabbits. Methods Nine black and blue rabbits were divided into three groups. The artificial lens was removed at 1, 7 and 14 days after surgery and examined by light microscope and scanning electron microscope. SAS software package was used to analyze the statistical data. Results fibrin thick film after the most obvious d1, positioning the most obvious d7 membrane. The most obvious film d14, the difference was significant. Conclusions Fibrin membrane formation may be caused by intraocular lens stimulation, blood-aqueous barrier disruption and immune response
