Bird decanter centrifugal dewatering machine has a overflow weir and dewatering plate precipitation container. Containers are equipped with screw conveyors to continuously transport the precipitated solids and allow them to drain through the dewatering plate. When the settling vessel rotates, the settling force acting on the solid particles is many times greater than the gravity, thus ensuring a firm separation of the liquid from the liquid. Figure 1 shows the machine’s two main components - rotor and transport aircraft structure. The rotor consists of a truncated cone with a cylindrical shape and two different cone angles. The shape of the rotor varies depending on the use of the device. It can be just a truncated cone or it can consist of a cylinder and a truncated cone or several truncated conical cylinders.
