本文研究了功能材料泡沫铝消音性能及其随孔隙结构及成形方法的变化情况。结果表明:泡沫铝在125Hz~16KHz范围内均具有较好的消音效果,平均降噪15dB~35dB,最大降噪46dB,是一种良好的消音吸声材料。
In this paper, the functional properties of aluminum foam silencers and their changes with the pore structure and forming methods were studied. The results show that aluminum foam has a good sound-deadening effect in the range of 125Hz ~ 16KHz, with an average noise reduction of 15dB ~ 35dB and maximum noise reduction of 46dB. It is a good sound-absorbing and sound-absorbing material.
