以7-甲基靛红为原料,设计了经氯化亚砜氯代、甲酸-双氧水体系氧化、甲胺氨解反应来制备2-氨基-5-氯-N,3-二甲基苯甲酰胺的方法,优化了工艺条件,考察了反应温度和物料配比对氯化反应以及反应温度对氧化反应的影响,使总收率达到62%,含量高达99.6%(归一法)。
