介绍了一种非常先进的钻井工艺,把欠平衡钻井与套管钻井两项新技术有机结合在一起,解决了注CO_2地区高压地层钻井难题,使地层污染最小,事故损失降至最低,减少了纯钻进时间、起下钻时间、下套管时间,提高了钻井效率;解决了常规钻井方法存在的高昂费用问题,以及由于丧失循环和地层流体入侵带来的井控问题。这个项目综合了欠平衡钻井的优点(提高钻速,有效井控,地层污染最小)和套管钻井的优点(无需起下钻,不需要甩钻具,有极好的井眼清洁能力,固井质量较好),地面通过高压密闭循环系统处理返出物。
This paper introduces a very advanced drilling technology which combines two new technologies of underbalanced drilling and casing drilling to solve the problem of drilling in high pressure stratum in CO2 injection, minimize the formation contamination, minimize the accident loss and reduce Pure drilling time, drilling time, casing time, improve the drilling efficiency; solve the high cost of conventional drilling methods and well control problems caused by the loss of circulation and formation fluid intrusion.
