一、热处理3Cr2 W8热锻模钢的淬火温度长期以来都倾向于选用1050~1100℃(理由是过高的淬火温度将造成塑性降低)。在这种温度下淬火,再经过560℃回火处理,其硬度为HRc42~46。我们在生产实践中发现,这样处埋的模具,其强度及耐磨性均较差,使用不久即发生模面棱角磨损及局部凹陷等,从而使模具报废。在300吨摩擦压力机上锻压钢丝钳毛坯,一般锻压坯件不超过3000件。我们在毛泽东思想指导下,破除迷信,解放思想,进行试验,把淬火温度提高至1120~1140℃,经560℃回火后,硬度为HRc51~53。这时,模具的耐热性显著增加,强度及耐磨性均有所提高。因而模具寿命大大提高,一股可锻压坯件10000件左右,比旧工艺
