运用二次回归正交设计对硫酸镍溶液电解生产镍箔影响工艺的主要因素安排了试验,建立了镍箔机械性能等五项指标的数学模型,分析各因素对指标的影响规律,确定最佳工艺条件为电流密度14~22A/dm2,pH2.4~3.0,添加剂量10~15g/L。然后在辊式阴极机列上进行了连续电沉积试验,结果表明:工艺稳定、重现性好、五项指标在不同程度上均有所提高,为工业生产提供了可靠的依据。
The quadratic regression orthogonal design was used to test the main factors that affect the process of electrolytic nickel foil production. The mathematical model of five indexes such as the mechanical properties of nickel foil was established. The influence of various factors on the index was analyzed and the optimum The process conditions are: current density of 14-22A / dm2, pH of 2.4-3.0 and dosage of 10-15g / L. Then the continuous electrodeposition test was carried out on the roller cathode machine. The results showed that the process was stable and the reproducibility was good. The five indexes all improved to some extent, which provided a reliable basis for industrial production.
