目的分析南京市蟑螂危害状况及抗药性。方法采用粘捕法调查蟑螂危害,药膜法测定抗药性。结果南京市蟑螂密度年际呈上升趋势,主要种属为德国小蠊、黑胸大蠊和美洲大蠊,德国小蠊为优势种,7-9月份是蟑螂密度高峰,德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷、残杀威的抗性系数分别为2.38、3.53和0.79。结论南京市蟑螂危害较重,德国小蠊为优势种,活动高峰在夏季,高效氯氰菊酯和乙酰甲胺磷已产生低度抗性。
Objective To analyze the damage status and drug resistance of cockroaches in Nanjing. Methods Adopting the sticky catching method to investigate the cockroach harm, the drug resistance method was determined by the membrane method. Results The cockroach density in Nanjing showed an increasing trend from year to year. The dominant species were Blattella germanica, Blattella germanica and American cockroach, the dominant species of German cockroach. The cockroach density peaked from July to September. The relative density of Blattella germanica to cypermethrin , Acephate and propoxur were 2.38, 3.53 and 0.79, respectively. Conclusions Cockroach in Nanjing is more harmful and Blattella germanica is the dominant species. The activity peak is in the summer, and beta-cypermethrin and acephate have low resistance.
