我院抢救1例洋地黄中毒所致反复室速室颤先后50次成功，报告如下：患者，女，53岁，因劳力性心悸、气急8年，心慌、咳嗽、多痰、端坐呼吸5天于1988年10月3日入院。曾因风心病、难治心衰住我科，1985年患肺结核。1986年患左肾栓塞。查体：T37.8℃，P134~+次/分，R26次/分，Bp14.7/9.33kPa，急性重病容，呼吸急促，端坐呼吸，唇指紫绀，皮肤无黄染及淤斑。颈静脉怒张，胸廓无畸形，双肺闻湿性罗音。心界双侧扩大，心律绝对不齐，心音强弱不等，心尖部舒张期及收缩期杂音。肝肋下2.0cm、质韧，双下肢稍水肿。实验室检查：Hb90g/L。WBC10.4×10~9/L，
