根据目前中国稀土电解槽生产的实际状况,以8 k A稀土电解槽为研究对象,通过在某工厂实习期间实际测量的电解生产数据和实际生产情况,试图找出对电解生产结果产生重要影响的工艺因素。根据工厂现有设备和条件,确定了对试验结果影响较大的5个因素:电解电压、电解温度、反应时间、阴阳极距、加料频率。围绕这些因素进行正交分析,找出其对生产结果影响重要性的主次关系并确定电解生产的最佳因素组合。结果表明,电解温度在电解过程中起着关键作用,温度把控不好导致电流效率不高且耗能严重,生产效率波动,按最佳工艺参数标准生产的电解槽各方面指标均有了明显提高。
According to the current actual situation of rare earth electrolytic cell production in China, taking 8 kA rare earth electrolytic cell as the research object, trying to find out the important influence on the electrolytic production result through the actually measured electrolytic production data and the actual production during the internship in a certain factory Technological factors. According to the existing equipment and conditions of the factory, five factors that greatly affect the test result are determined: electrolysis voltage, electrolysis temperature, reaction time, anode and cathode distance, feeding frequency. The results show that the electrolysis temperature plays a key role in the electrolysis process, the temperature control is not good lead to the current efficiency is not high and serious energy consumption, production efficiency fluctuations, according to the best process parameters of the standard cell electrolyzer all indicators were obvious improve.
