建立了用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对辛硫磷.五氯硝基苯悬浮种衣剂中的有效成分进行一次性分离测定的分析方法。使用C18柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇+水为流动相,采用外标法对有效成分进行一次性分析和定量。辛硫磷和五氯硝基苯标准偏差分别为0.06和0.14,变异系数分别为1.14%和1.34%,平均回收率分别为99.5%和99.2%。
An analytical method was established for the one-time separation and determination of the active ingredients of phoxim pentachloronitrobenzene suspended seed coating by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). C18 column and UV wavelength detector were used. The methanol + water was used as the mobile phase, and the external standard method was used for the one-time analysis and quantification of the active ingredients. The standard deviations of phoxim and pentachloronitrobenzene were 0.06 and 0.14, respectively, with coefficients of variation of 1.14% and 1.34%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.5% and 99.2%, respectively.
