[目的]观察酞嗪四唑衍生物6-(4-氯苯氧基)-四唑并[5,1-a]酞嗪(CTP)对大鼠血压及心率的影响.[方法]用戊巴比妥钠麻醉大鼠后行颈总动脉插管,采用BL-420S系统测定CTP十二指肠给药前后血压变化,并利用标准肢体Ⅱ导联心电图记录大鼠心电图变化.[结果]CTP给药前后大鼠心电图无明显变化(P>0.05);与给药前基础值相比较,第30,50,70,90,120,180min时收缩压、舒张压及平均动脉压均明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),并在10~90min范围内均呈时间效应依赖关系.[结论]CTP可使大鼠收缩压、舒张压及平均动脉压下降,降压机制可能与扩张血管作用有关.
[Objective] To observe the effects of phthalazine tetrazole derivative 6- (4-chlorophenoxy) -tetrazolo [5,1-a] phthalazine (CTP) on blood pressure and heart rate in rats. [Methods] The rats were anesthetized with sodium pentobarbital and the common carotid arteries were cannulated. Blood pressure was measured before and after CTP duodenum administration by BL-420S system, and electrocardiogram of standard limb Ⅱ lead was used to record ECG changes in rats. [Results] CTP Before and after administration, there was no significant change in the electrocardiogram (P> 0.05). Compared with the baseline value before administration, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure were significantly decreased at the 30th, 50th, 70th, 90th, , P <0.01, P <0.001), and showed a time-dependent dependence in the range of 10-90 min. [Conclusion] CTP can decrease the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure in rats. Relevant role.
