采用小压缩比(压缩比为2∶1)螺旋挤压脱水机对水洗后的秸秆进行了挤压脱水试验研究,考察了螺旋转速、物料初始含水量和料塞管长度等主要参数对设备除水率和处理量以及度电产量等的影响规律.响应面分析结果表明:该螺旋挤压设备在物料初始含水量为85%;螺旋转速为50.8 r·min~(~(-1));料塞管长度为26.91 mm时,既保证了设备处理量和终了物料的性质,也使得设备能高效、平稳、连续运转.
The squeezed dewatering experiment was carried out on the washed straw with a small compression ratio (compression ratio of 2: 1) screw extruder. The main parameters such as screw speed, initial water content of the material and the length of the material pipe were investigated. The water rate and the treatment volume as well as the electricity output and so on.The response surface analysis results showed that the initial extrusion water content was 85% and the screw speed was 50.8 r · min ~ (-1). When the length of the material pipe is 26.91 mm, the capacity of the equipment and the properties of the finished material are guaranteed, and the equipment can be operated efficiently, smoothly and continuously.
