豆浆是我国人民喜爱的饮品,又是老少皆宜的营养食物,享有“植物奶”的美誉。豆浆含有丰富的植物蛋白。磷脂、维生素B_1、维生素B_2和烟酸,还含有铁、钙等矿物质。其所含的该,虽不及豆腐,但比其他任何乳类都高,非常适合于老人和儿童。功效豆浆被我国营养学家推荐为防治高血脂、高血压、动脉硬化等疾病的理想食物。常喝豆浆可预防老年痴呆症的发生。
