在先进科技飞速发展的带领下,传统建筑行业出现了许多辅助管理与建设的相关理论与技术。在建筑行业提出建筑项目全寿命周期管理的背景下,从全寿命周期管理中出现的阶段成本管控不足与各阶段信息传递不对称等相关问题入手,针对新技术BIM(建筑信息模型),分析该技术在项目全寿命周期各阶段中对于成本的控制与实现途径,提出了有建设性的BIM应用策略,希望为全寿命周期成本管控的实践以及相关研究提供参考,以实现建筑业健康可持续发展的目标。
