详细介绍了一种适用于高炉炉墙厚度测量的在线测厚技术。对所涉及到的高炉炉墙厚度测量的基本原理和要求、高炉超声波测厚传感器的特点、声电智能转换器的工作原理以及可监测多达128点炉墙厚度的分布式计算机网进行了描述。最后,对几座大型高炉炉眉测厚现场实验数据进行了分析和总结。
This paper introduces a kind of on-line thickness measurement technology suitable for the thickness measurement of blast furnace wall. The basic principles and requirements of blast furnace wall thickness measurement, the characteristics of blast furnace ultrasonic thickness sensor, the working principle of acoustoelectric smart converter and the distributed computer network that can monitor the thickness of the furnace wall up to 128 points are described . Finally, several large-scale blast furnace frog thickness field experimental data were analyzed and summarized.
