本文设计了铬钼铜合金灰铸铁气缸套的生产工艺方案,包括化学成分选择、铸造工艺设计和热处理工艺方案制定。对生产出的毛坯进行了金相组织分析、硬度及抗拉强度等力学性能测定。结果表明,按照所设计的铸造工艺及550℃保温3 h的退火处理工艺生产出来毛坯的组织和力学性能符合预期生产要求。
In this paper, the production process of chromium-molybdenum-copper-alloy gray cast iron cylinder liner is designed, including chemical composition selection, casting process design and heat treatment process plan. The blank produced by metallographic analysis, hardness and tensile strength and other mechanical properties determination. The results show that the microstructures and mechanical properties of the blanks are in accordance with the expected production requirements according to the designed casting process and the annealing process at 550 ℃ for 3 h.
