基于新课程教学理念,结合女子中学的特点和高中女生的生理、心理特征,分析了女子高中学生参与体育课堂教学的制约因素,提出提高女子高中体育课堂教学有效性的优化方案,旨在促进人的全面发展。
Based on the idea of new curriculum teaching and the characteristics of girls ’middle school and the physical and psychological characteristics of girls in high school, this paper analyzes the restrictive factors of female high school students’ participation in PE classroom teaching and puts forward the optimal plan to improve the effectiveness of PE high school teaching, All-round development.
