按照HJ/T 220—2005标准,采用GC(气相色谱)法对随机购买的53批溶剂型胶粘剂中卤代烃含量进行检测。研究结果表明:19批氯丁型胶粘剂、23批SBS型胶粘剂、11批其他类型胶粘剂中分别有8批、12批、2批检出卤代烃,检出率分别为42.1%、52.2%、18.2%;22批检出卤代烃的胶粘剂中有20批不符合HJ/T 220—2005标准要求,并且胶粘剂中卤代烃的检出率与产地不相关。对氯丁型胶粘剂和SBS型胶粘剂而言,两者的卤代烃检出率在统计学意义上没有明显差别(卡方检验中双侧概率P>0.05),但两者均存在较大的卤代烃检出风险,故应对两者的生产过程进行重点监督管理,以确保两者的质量符合行业标准。
In accordance with the HJ / T 220-2005 standard, the GC (gas chromatography) method was used to test the content of halogenated hydrocarbons in 53 batches of solvent-based adhesives purchased at random. The results showed that among 19 batches of neoprene adhesives, 23 batches of SBS adhesives and 11 batches of other types of adhesives, 8, 12, and 2 batches of halohydrocarbons were detected respectively. The detection rates were 42.1%, 52.2% 18.2%. Twenty batches of 22 samples of halogenated hydrocarbons were found to do not meet the requirements of HJ / T 220-2005 standard, and the detection rate of halogenated hydrocarbons in the adhesives was not related to the origin. For chloroprene-type adhesives and SBS-type adhesives, there was no statistically significant difference in the detection rates of halohydrocarbons between the two groups (the two-sided probability in the chi-square test was> 0.05), but both had larger Halogenated hydrocarbons detect the risk, so the two should focus on the production process supervision and management to ensure that the quality of both in line with industry standards.
