目的确定某饮料有限公司产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者的健康影响,评价职业病危害防护设施及其效果,为该企业的职业卫生防治提供技术依据。方法选择对该公司进行职业卫生调查,采用职业卫生监测、经验法、检查表分析法等进行评价。结果本项目总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、采取的职业病防护设施设计、个人防护用品、应急救援设施和职业卫生管理等基本符合国家有关规定。现场检测结果显示,粉尘浓度、化学有害因素浓度合格率100%;噪声共检测16个岗位,其中7个岗位噪声等效声级超过85 d B(A),最高达到91.2 d B(A)。结论本建设项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,其职业病防护设施基本有效,职业卫生管理制度得到落实,对噪声的控制措施还需加强。针对噪声超标岗位,作业人员在正确佩戴使用企业提供的防噪防护耳塞后,其实际接触的噪声强度能够降到85 d B(A)以下。
Objective To determine the hazards of occupational diseases produced by a beverage company, analyze the degree of harm and the health impact on laborers, evaluate the protective facilities against occupational hazards and their effects, and provide the technical basis for the occupational health control of the enterprises. Methods We chose to conduct an occupational health survey on the company and use occupational health monitoring, experience method and checklist analysis to evaluate. Results The overall layout, production technology and equipment layout, occupational disease prevention facilities design, personal protective equipment, emergency rescue facilities and occupational health management basically met the relevant state regulations. The field test results showed that the dust concentration and the concentration of chemical harmful elements were 100% passable. A total of 16 positions were detected by noise. The noise equivalent sound level of 7 posts exceeded 85 d B (A) and 91.2 d B (A). Conclusion The construction project belongs to the construction projects with heavy occupational hazards. The occupational disease prevention facilities are basically effective, the occupational health management system is implemented, and the noise control measures need to be strengthened. For those with excessive noise, operators can properly reduce the noise intensity of their contacts to less than 85 d B (A) after they wear the noise protection earplugs provided by the enterprises.
